About the Class
A private group last month was a huge success, and I decided to offer a slightly tweaked version of their menu on March 2. I did that and it immediately sold out so I'm now offering it again on April 21 for those of you who didn't get in under the line on March 2. This Frenchified surf and turf is a real winner. It's also a great menu for the times we live in where do many people either don't eat red meat or dislike fish!
For all of you francophiles, steak aficionados and lovers of French onion soup smothered in toasty Gruyere, this class is for you.
And dessert--individual chocolate-espresso souffles enhanced with abundant Kahlua-laced creme anglaise—is to die for. Really good. I think EVEN BETTER than your basic chocolate souffle.
